Golden Glow Bouquet Kit

ProCut® White Lite (F1) Sunflower

Pale, creamy yellow petals with a light golden-green center. Tall, strong, single-stemmed variety with 4–6", pollenless blooms. Note: Sunflowers do not like root disturbance, plant them directly in the ground in the compostable pot. Do not pinch! 

Plant Spacing: 4-6"

Harvest Instructions: More susceptible to insect feeding because of light color. Harvest blooms as they begin to open.

Kilimanjaro White African Marigold

2½" vanilla-white blossoms. Sweet scent. Edible petals with a slightly bitter, citrusy/spice flavor. Could be used as a garnish. Marigolds attract butterflies and are drought tolerant.

Plant Spacing: 9"–12"

Harvest Instructions: Cut stems when blooms are opening, in the morning. Place in water immediately. 

Chamomile

Will provide a good yield of small, sweet-smelling flowers. Great in bouquets or can be used fresh or dry. 

Plant Spacing: 8"

Harvest Instructions: Gather when in full bloom. You can harvest three to four times. 

Coral Fountain  Amaranthus 

Coral-pink tassels. 

Plant Spacing: 12-15"

Harvest Instructions: When 75% of the flowers are open. For dried, when seed has begun to set and flowers are firm. Drying stand up trailing varieties in a bucket.  

Tip Top Pink Blush Nasturtium

Cream and blush pink-colored edible flowers. 8-to 10-inch plant.  

Plant Spacing: 8-12"

Harvest Instructions: Harvest when they are fully open. For a longer vase life, harvest in the morning and keep them in cool, dark conditions until arranging. 

Organic Persian Cress

Productive, easy-to-grow greenery. Sturdy branches filled with tiny seed pods that resemble silvery-green coins. Persian Cress leaves are edible and have a mild, peppery flavor. USDA Certified Organic.

Plant Spacing: 2-6"

Harvest Instructions: Fresh - Harvest fresh stems or when seed pods have matured. Dried - Harvest when seed pods have matured and hang to dry.
